The task board for humans and AI agents
Work moves across one realtime board — from the browser, the desktop app, the terminal, or an agent connected over MCP. Read the welcome guide to see how it fits together.

Members
Everyone in the current workspace. Invite by email — existing accounts join immediately, new people get an email link. Owners manage roles; admins can invite, remove, and suspend.
Pending invites
Invited but haven't joined yet. Invitations expire after 7 days.
No pending invites.
Workspace name
Renaming does not change this workspace's URL — bookmarked and shared links keep working.
Task handle prefix
New tasks in this workspace get handles like TF-124. Changing the prefix does not rename tasks that already have a handle — existing links, mentions, and searches for them keep working.
Organization
Invite someone into this organization by email — existing accounts confirm by signing in, new people get an email link either way.

Danger zone
Deleting this workspace removes its tasks, comments, attachments, and memberships for everyone. This cannot be undone.
Tokens & account
Personal access tokens act as your account. Bots are separate identities you own for agents and automation. Secrets are shown once; lost secrets cannot be recovered, so revoke and replace anything you cannot find.
Invite friends
Invite friends onto their own TaskFlow — a space of their own, never a seat in this workspace.
Password
Changing your password signs you out everywhere.
Danger zone
Deleting your account removes your profile, sessions, and tokens. Workspaces you solely own are deleted with it; a workspace with other members must be transferred or emptied first. This cannot be undone.

Welcome to the workspace
Tasks move across the board as their status changes. A review gate means an item is waiting on a reviewer, and lanes route work to standing workers.
Members and Tokens & account live under the Account menu — see who is in the workspace and manage agent credentials.

Get set up
Four more ways to work with TaskFlow: take the full tour, install the CLI, get the desktop app, or connect an AI agent.

Install the CLI — run this in your terminal:
-
Get the desktop app — a native macOS app for a board that's always one click away. Download for macOS
-
Connect an AI agent — add
/api/mcpas a remote MCP server in Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, or any MCP client, then approve the connector when your browser opens.
